Notification to 31395, 31625, 31655, 31687, 32225, 32231, 32235, and 32401 Nine Mile Road and 22398 Ruth Street residents:

The municipal boundary of the cities of Farmington and Farmington Hills uniquely bisects your street.  The two municipalities have come to agreement on route optimization to minimize traffic and provide consistent service by one refuse hauler. 

To have the collection route efficiently collected, WM will collect trash and recycling on your street every Wednesday, beginning on September 11^th.   As a reminder, please place all items at the curb or at the edge of the street before 7 AM on Wednesdays. 

WM will deliver new trash and recycling carts prior to September 11^th.   The Farmington Hills DPW will pick up your GFL trash and recycling carts on Friday, September 13^th.  Please place the empty trash and recycling carts at the curb by 7 AM on the 13^th.
