Due to the dissatisfactory condition of the 64-gallon rollcarts distributed to residents who requested an exchange of the 96-gallon ones, WM will be replacing them with brand new.  

ONLY residents who requested the smaller cart during the amnesty period will receive one.

Important information to note:

• The exchange will begin the week of October 21st. 
• The cart must be placed curbside the evening prior to your normal collection day and remain curbside until 7:00 p.m. 
• Any missed exchanges will take place the following week of your scheduled collection day. 
• The program will continue until all sub-standard 64-gallon carts have been replaced with brand new.

Any resident who wishes to exchange their 96-gallon rollcart for a 64-gallon one, and did not request to do so during the amnesty period, will be subject to a $25.00 prepayment fee paid directly to WM.  Please call 866-797-9018 to arrange and pay for a 64-gallon cart.
