For those who have already requested an exchange, a date when carts will be swapped out will be announced once determined by Waste Management (WM).  We appreciate your patience.

Once rollcart exhanges begin, please place the current 96-gallon cart curbside by 7:00 a.m. to be emptied, BUT leave it curbside.  Waste Management's (WM) third-party vendor, Rehrig, will be conducting the cart exchanges.  They will collect the old one and deliver the new.

Any requests after the amnesty period are subject to a $25.00 prepayment by the resident directly to WM.

For anyone interested in an additional rollcart (regardless of size), there is a $11.75 monthly fee billed by and paid directly to WM.

Residents wishing to exchange their recycle cart for a larger size can do so by calling WM Customer Experience at 866-797-9018. The fee is $25.00 and payment is required at the time of request and can be done over the phone with a credit or debit card.
