Mail-in appeals are accepted if received by 5:00 p.m. on March 18th, 2026.
All appeals must be accompanied by Form 618, L4035 Petition to the Board of Review.

Tentative ratios and Equalization property class multipliers are:

Residential                  46.68%            1.0711

Commercial                47.81%            1.0458

Industrial                     46.80%            1.0684

Personal Property       50.00%            1.0000

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) as calculated by the State of Michigan is 1.027. 
Therefore, taxable values shall increase by a maximum of 2.7% except for parcels with new construction and/or demolition of property improvements or transfer of ownership.
