Precinct Information

The City of Farmington has three voting precincts. On Election Day, voters must vote at the polling location assigned to their residential address.

Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All voters in line at 8:00 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Polling Locations Changed in 2026

Longacre Elementary School and Freedom Gateway Church are no longer City of Farmington polling locations.

Voters who previously voted at Longacre Elementary School now vote in Precinct 2 at Farmington High School.
Voters who previously voted at Freedom Gateway Church now vote in Precinct 3 at Farmington High School.

Precinct 1

Farmington City Hall

23600 Liberty Street
Farmington, MI 48335

Located off Grand River Avenue, one block west of Farmington Road.

Precinct 2

Farmington High School—South Entrance

32000 Shiawassee Street
Farmington, MI 48336

Voting takes place in the cafeteria. Precinct 2 voters should use the south entrance.

The school is located between Prospect Avenue and Orchard Lake Road.

Precinct 3

Farmington High School—North Entrance

32000 Shiawassee Street
Farmington, MI 48336

Voting takes place in the cafeteria. Precinct 3 voters should use the north entrance.

The school is located between Prospect Avenue and Orchard Lake Road.

Farmington High School Voters

Precincts 2 and 3 vote at the same building but use different entrances. Please confirm your precinct number before arriving and follow the posted signs for the correct entrance.

Your precinct number appears on your voter information card and can also be found through the interactive precinct map or Michigan Voter Information Center.

Before You Go

Confirm Your Location

Check your precinct and polling location before Election Day, especially if you previously voted at Longacre Elementary or Freedom Gateway Church.

Review Your Ballot

View your sample ballot in advance through the Michigan Voter Information Center.

Bring Photo ID

Voters should bring an acceptable photo ID.

Accessible Voting

Each polling location is accessible and offers a Voter Assist Terminal for voters who wish to use an accessible ballot-marking device. Curbside voting is also available. Contact the City Clerk’s Office if you need assistance or an accommodation.
