Online Permitting/Inspection Scheduling

The City of Farmington now offers online permit services!  Anyone performing work requiring a building and/or trades permit must now apply online.  Contractors will need to create an account:  https://bsaonline.com/Contractors/?uid=1647

Contractors with an existing account may apply for permits:  https://bsaonline.com/Login?returnUrl=%2FCd_PermitApplication%2FApplyForPermitContractor%3Fuid%3D1647&uid=1647

Contractors NOT registered or needing to update their registration with the City will need to do so by emailing forms-permits-inspections@farmgov.com along with a completed copy of your contractor registration found here:  https://www.farmgov.com/media/mmojdce2/contractor-registration.pdf AND a copy of your contractor’s license.

Inspections can now also be scheduled online.
