Deputy City Clerk
Job Description
The City of Farmington is accepting applications for the position of Deputy City Clerk. Primary responsibilities include assisting the City Clerk in administering voter registration, elections, record retention systems, licensing and registration systems, human resources, and as recording secretary to the City Council and other Commissions and Committees.
- Compensation: Full time salary range is $51,868 - $61,296

Minimum requirements include:
- High school diploma or GED; Associates Degree
- Preferred: two years increasingly responsible experience in local government clerk’s office with specialized training in administering elections
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Must be highly productive, knowledgeable, personable, self-directed and detail oriented.
