PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICER

Each full-time member of the Farmington Public Safety Department is cross-trained in three fields:

  • Police
  • Fire
  • EMS (EMR/MFR)

The City of Farmington is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  All applicants must meet the current selection and hiring standards of the Michigan Commission of Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) and the Michigan Fire Fighters Training Council (MFFTC).  Members must have attained a minimum of an Associate Degree or its equivalent in credit hours if pursuing a more advanced degree.
